My child went here yesterday at 5.45 pm brought my his grandmother. Until 7pm not seeing the Dr when asking the staff is really rude and impolite. Please noted that at that time got only another 1 patient was there waiting for antenatal scan and my son was having a fever with a multiple hx of febrile fit (sawan Bila demam) Sorry to say I am a mother in medical field too, patient should not be treated like this as we are going to a private clinic not a government hospital. You should have train your staff to be more polite with your customer. Plus, it seems that my son was diagnosed with viral fever but was given antibiotic then. Viral is viral, antibiotic is use to treat bacterial infections. Will never go to this kind of clinic anymore.

I always bring my baby here to seek any treatment. The Dr is quick with the checkup and plan of care. I also took my IM Depo here. The price is affordable. Once i had a very bad cough at 4am with bad sore throat. Came here, attended quick and given a neb and my symptoms improved much better. Thank you dear doctors of Usrah Medic Puncak Alam ❤️

My child's first experience receiving treatment here was due to food poisoning. The treatment was very fast and efficient. The clinic was very clean and comfortable. The doctor and staff were also friendly. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone.

Went here numerous times already. The clinic environment is great. Clean and cozy. The doctors here are amazing. The consultations are very good, well explained, well put and well conversed. Doctors were never seem rushed to attend to the patients. Great service, I'm a satisfied patient, good family clinic. Keep it up!

Best medical service. Even though I didn't understand the language well because I was a foreigner, he reassured me and explained things kindly. If you take the medicine you prescribed, I think you will get better quickly. I will come here again when I'm sick. Thank you.

Went to do an abdominal ultrasound today at this clinic. The attending doctor -in-charge, Dr Adibah, was great and she patiently explained the process and ultrasound diagnosis. Dr Adibah was quite profesional and I would recommend this clinic for anyone wanting an ultrasound diagnosis and consultation.
